What is your Lead Time?
Orders must be placed at least 1day before pick up - cut off is 4pm.
*Same day orders are subject to approval. Kindly contact us on Instagram @FOODTRAY2GO or through viber at 0917-7026395 to check availability.
What is your Payment Method?
Payment via Bank Deposit / Online Transfer (BDO / BPI / METROBANK / CREDIT CARD / GCASH / PAYMAYA / GRABPAY) at least 1 day before pick up. *Please note payments need to be received on our accounts before food is released.
Can you provide O.R.?
Yes, we provide Official Receipts. You may place your preferred O.R. details on the "Special Requests"  portion upon check out.
Where is Pick Up location?
Pick Up Location: "FOODTRAY2GO" 275 Santolan Road, San Juan City (in front of Santolan Town Plaza, beside La Consolacion convent)
How do i book 3rd party couriers for pick up?
For pick ups, you may schedule delivery via LALAMOVE motor or car (big orders) / GRAB motor (small orders).

- For Lalamove, Click on "Insulated box" for safer deliveries.
We suggest doing advance bookings to secure riders early, as well as confirming with riders a day before delivery.
You may also add a "Priority Fee" for faster assignment of riders.
*Lalamove/Grab CAR is easier to book but more expensive. *Grab is only available for immediate bookings. *Other options : Mr. Speedy / Transportify / Angkas / JoyRide / TokTok / Happy Move.
 
What is the capacity of 1 motor?
1 Lalamove motor with insulated box can fit 10 (10-20pax) or 20 (5pax) Food Trays / 40 Packed Meals. Grab motor with insulated box can fit 5 (10-20pax) or 10 (5pax) Food Trays.
Do you have a delivery service?
For the meantime, we are only available for Pick Up. Location: 275 Santolan road, San Juan (in front of Santolan Town Plaza).
For pick ups, you may schedule your delivery via LALAMOVE motor or car / Grab / Transportify / TokTok / Angkas / Mr. Speedy / JoyRide / Happy Move.
For other options, we are also available on GrabFood if you wish to place immediate orders for delivery. GrabFood ordering hours are from 9am-11:30am & 2pm-4:30pm. Availability may vary depending on distance of delivery location. *Prices are subject to additional fees.

What is the earliest and latest time food can be picked up?
Earliest time food can leave pick up point (San Juan) is 8am. Latest pick up time is 6pm. Last cooking time is at 5pm. *For big orders, special time slots may be requested. Kindly contact us on Instagram @FOODTRAY2GO or through viber at 0917-7026395 for inquiries.
What is recommended food consumption time?
Recommended food consumption is within 3hrs from pick up time. If food will be consumed at a later time, it should be refrigerated to avoid spoilage.
What food trays do you use and what are the sizes?
We use 6 kinds of trays:
1. [10-20PAX] White Plastic microwavable trays - 12" x 9" x 2.5" (10pax is around 1/4 the tray)
2. [10-20PAX] Aluminum trays w/ plastic cover for some of our baked items - 12.5" x 10" x 2"
3. [5PAX] Clear Plastic microwavable trays - 9.5" x 6" x 3" (includes Tiramisu 10pax / Salmon 7pax)
4. [5PAX] Aluminum trays w/ plastic cover for some of our baked items - 8.5" x 5.5" x 2.5" (includes Lasagna 10pax / Salmon 7pax)
5. [BUNDLE TRAYS] 5 division circle tray - 12" diameter
6. [PACKED MEALS] Clear box
- Packed Meal 1: 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 1 1/4"
- Packed Meal 2 & 3: 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 1 1/4"
- Packed Meal 4, 5, 6: 7 3/4" × 6 3/4" × 1 1/4"

Can i still change details in my Order Form after it is submitted?
We hope that details submitted in the Order Form are complete and final,
but if circumstances require last minute changes, you may contact us on Instagram @FOODTRAY2GO or through viber at 0917-7026395 to update your information.
Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order.

Can i order food not on the menu?
You may contact us on Instagram @FOODTRAY2GO or through viber at 0917-7026395 to check availability of requested food.
Can I refund an order that has already been paid?
Unfortunately refunds are not allowed once orders have been paid, but you may save the fund for a later date with no expiry.
